HOUSE RULES
NON SMOKING FACILITY
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or by the pool.
NO PETS ALLOWED
We are pet loving family but due to other guests this facility is no pets allowed.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
For all our guests we want to ensure a peaceful and relaxing vacation so no parties are allowed.
REST HOURS
Rest hours are between 14:00-16:00 and 23:00-07:00. Please consider that period between that hours is usually quiet time so please restrain of loud music or other loud activities. Thanks for understanding.
POOL RULES
Hope you will enjoy our pool and have a relaxing vacation. Please take in consideration that pool is shared with other guests so restrain from playing music and shouting.
SAFETY
Please don’t leave children unguarded especially by the pool and outdoor where some areas are non-fenced. Be responsable, don’t go in areas where you could fall or harm yourself. Facility owners cannot be held responsable for any accident or damage.
YOUR BELLONGINGS
Your hosts cannot be held responsable for any loss or damage of your belongings.
TAKE CARE OF THE HOUSE
For any damage caused by Guests to the property, the Guest is due to cover the cost of demage. Please take care of the apartment like your home. Before leaving the apartment please take care that garbage is thrown away in garbage cans at the end of the street in front of the facility.
